Dawn 7 Grain Bread Mix 50lb (163193)

Mixing Instructions:
7 Grain Bread Mix
5 cups mix
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tbsp. active dry yeast
Add yeast to water & let sit 5 min. Add mix &
stir till all drys are wet. Knead till smooth
Cover & let rise for 45 min. Divide into 2
loaves. Place in greased bread pans & let
rise till double in size. Bake at 375 for
30-45min.Cut recipe in half for bread machine

Ing: Enriched wheat flour bleached (flour,
malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron,
thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid)
cracked wheat, whole wheat flour, sugar,
partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean
and/or cottonseed oil), rye flour, barley
flakes, soy grits, rolled oats, corn meal,
salt, rice flour, soy flour, dry whey, mono
& diglycerides with BHT as preservative,
dry malt syrup, datem, leavening
(monocalcium phosphate), sodium stearoyl
lactylate, nonfat milk solids, ascorbic acid
(dough conditioner), wheat starch, silicon
dioxide.
