Dawn Extra Moist Devil's Food Cake 50lb (163165)

Mixing Instructions:
Extra Moist Devils Food Cake Mix
3 1/2 cups mix
1 1/4 cups water
Add 3/4 cup of water to mix and cream 4
minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water. Scrape bowl
and mix until smooth. Bake at 375 for 18-20
minutes. Yields 2 (8") round layer cakes.

atives, dry egg yolk, nonfat milk solids,
leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophos-
phate, monocalcium phosphate), dry whole egg,
dry egg whites, mono & diglycerides, dex-
trose, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil
(soybean and/or cottonseed oil), food starch-
modified, salt, polysorbate 60, soy lecithin,
guar gum, xanthan gum, cellulose gum artifi-
cial flavor, corn starch, wheat starch,
propylene glycol, citric acid, silicon
dioxide.
