Mixing Instructions:
Pie Crust Improver
Use from 2 to 4% based on the weight of the
flour. Add to the flour before cutting in
the shortening.
Example: 100 lb of flour + 2 to 4 lb improver
or 10 lb of flour + 3.2 to 6.4 oz of
improver.
