Dawn Sweet Dough Mix 50lb (163235)

Mixing Instructions:
Dawn Sweet Dough & Bun Mix
10 cups mix
2 cups lukewarm water
2 1/2 tbsp. yeast
Combine yeast & water & let sit 5 min. Add
mix & stir until all drys are wet. Knead
till smooth. Cover & let rise 1 hour. Roll
& cut into 1/2in. thick pieces. Cover with
melted butter & cinnamon/sugar.Let rise till
double in size.Bake at 350 till golden brown.

Ing: Enriched wheat flour, bleached (flour,
niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate,
riboflavin, folic acid), dextrose, partially
hydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean and/or
cottonseed oil), sugar, mono & diglycerides
with BHT as preservative, soy flour, salt,
dry whey, wheat starch, soybean oil,
ethoxylated mono & diglycerides, soy
lecithin, leavening (monocalcium phosphate),
DATEM, corn starch, nonfat milk solids,
natural and artificial flavors, ascorbic
acid (dough conditioner), corn oil, dry egg
yolk, beta carotene as color, water, citric
acid, silicon dioxide, alpha tocopherols as
preservative, APO carotenal, turmeric (as
color).
