Bulk Foods Inc Salsa Mix, Mild 5lb (278400)

Mixing Instructions:
Mild Salsa Seasoning Mix
10 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
2 cups fresh green bell peppers, diced
1-12oz. can tomato paste
6 T. (3 oz.) Mild Salsa Seasoning Mix
3 cups fresh onion, diced
1/2 cup vinegar (white or cider)
Mix all but tomato paste in 6-8 qt. kettle.
Bring to a boil over med. heat, stir occasion
Add paste, stir well. Place into 6 pint jars
List of Ingredients:
278400 Mild Salsa Seasoning Mix
Ing: Dextrose, salt (with yellow prussiate of
soda), garlic powder, food starch-modified,
maltodextrin, jalapeno pepper, cumin, black
pepper.
**Packaged in a facility that also processes
products containing: peanuts, tree nuts,
soybeans, milk, egg, fish, crustaceans
shellfish and wheat ingredients.
