Mixing Instructions:
Swiss-Style Muesli
Delicious & nutritious WHOLE GRAIN CEREAL w/
FRUIT & NUTS. 1)Traditionally served cold w/
freshly chopped or ground apples 2)Excellent
w/milk, cream or fresh yogurt 3)Can be sweet
w/honey, molasses or the sugar of your choice
4)Can be served hot:Heat 1/2 c MUESLI & 1/2 c
hot water til boiling;cover&let steam 5-10min
5)1/2 c Muesli to 1/4 c boiling water;covered
& let set 30 min,add to sweet bread or cakes.

Ing: Rolled oats, 7-grain mix (red hard
wheat, spelt, white soft wheat, oats, rye,
barley, triticale), craisins (cranberries,
sugar, sunflower oil), dates (with dextrose),
thompson seedless raisins with pure vegetable
(soybean or sunflower) oil, almonds, flax
seed, canola oil, pumpkin seed.
**Contains: Tree Nuts, Wheat and Soy
Ingredients.
