Boyd's Boyd's Chicken Gravy Mix 25lb (429512)

Mixing Instructions:
Boyd's Chicken Gravy Mix
Using a wire whip, blend approx. 1/2 cup
(2 1/2 oz. by wt.) into 2 cups of hot tap
water. Heat to boil stirring constantly
until thick, reduce heat and serve.
Yields approx. 2 cups.

Ing: bleached wheat flour (enriched with nia-
cin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate,
riboflavin, and folic acid), modified corn
starch, chicken fat, dehydrated chicken,salt,
partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed
oils, nonfat milk, corn syrup solids, silicon
dioxide (prevent caking), hydrolyzed corn
gluten and soy protein, monosodium glutamate,
sugar, dehydrated onion, dextrose, torula
yeast and yeast extracts, maltodextrin, soy
flour, sodium caseinate, xanthan gum, locust
bean gum, natural flavors, dipotassium phos-
phate, spices, turmeric and annatto extracts
(added for color), disodium inosinate and
disodium guanylate and dehydrated garlic.
