Mixing Instructions:
Boyd's Brown Gravy Mix
Using a wire whip, blend approx. 1/3 cup
(2 oz. by wt.) into 2 cups of hot tap water.
Heat to boil stirring constantly until thick,
reduce heat and serve. Yields approx. 2 cups.

Ing: bleached wheat flour, (enriched with
niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate,
riboflavin, and folic acid), modified corn
starch, salt, beef fat, hydrolyzed corn, soy
and wheat protein, partially hydrogenated
soybean and cottonseed oils, monosodium glu-
tamate, caramel color, sugar, beef extract,
silicon dioxide (to prevent caking), dehy-
drated onion, autolyzed yeast extract, malto-
dextrin, natural and artificial flavors,
dextrose, locust bean gum, xanthan gum,
burgundy wine solids, dehydrated garlic,
disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate and
sulfiting agents.
