Bulk Food Inc. Chunky Potato Soup Mix 15lb (428063)

Mixing Instructions:
Chunky Potato Soup
3/4 heaping cup Chunky Potato Soup mix
2 1/2 cups water or milk
Combine liquid & mix well with wire whisk.
Bring to boil while stirring constantly (to
avoid scorching). When soup begins to boil,
reduce heat to simmer for 10 min. Remove from
heat, cover and let steam 5-10 minutes before
serving. Makes approx. 2 1/2 cups.
Options: Add diced ham or crumbled bacon.

citric acid added as preservative), whole
milk, buttermilk, wheat flour, cornstarch,
maltodextrin, chicken broth (dextrose, salt,
monosodium glutamate, lactose, potato flour,
pure vegetable oil (soybean), celery,
turmeric, onion powder, lecithin, parsley,
and spices), soup greens (dehydrated veg-
etables (carrots, celery flakes, onion,
tomato flakes, red and green peppers,
spinach, cornstarch), sodium bisulfite),
salt, celery, pepper.
**Contains: Wheat, Milk and Soy Ingredients.
**Packaged in a facility that also processes
products containing: peanuts, tree nuts,
soybeans, milk, egg, fish, crustaceans
shellfish and wheat ingredients.
