Mixing Instructions:
Do-Cel Dough Conditioner
For every 1 lb. of flour, use 1 1/2 tbsp. of
conditioner and 2 tbsp. of water.
These are approximate amounts. Batches should
be tested before use.

232200 Do-Cel Dough Conditioner
Ing: Dextrose, wheat flour bleached, guar
gum, soy flour, soy lecithin, dry whey,
yeast, calcium sulfate and ammonium
chloride (yeast nutrients), ascorbic acid
(dough conditioner), sorbitan
monostearate.
