Recipes
White Bread Mix
1.75 lb. mix (approx. 5 cups) 1 2/3 cups water 1 1/2 tbsp. dry yeast Combine yeast and water, let sit 5 minutes.
Add mix and stir until all drys are wet.Knead until smooth,cover, let rise 25 minutes.
Divide into 2 loaves and place in bread pans.
Proof 45-50 minutes.Bake at 375-400 for 25-30 minutes. Cut recipe in half for bread machine Product information/materials may change.
