Dawn Instant Whipped Topping
1 2/3 cups topping mix 1 1/4 cups water Combine ingredients and mix on low speed for one minute. Scrape bowl and mix on high speed for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes or until desired peaks are achieved. Do not over-mix! For best results, water should be 40 degrees or less.
