This mix was created for those who can't eat wheat and contains white rice and garbanzo bean flour. This mix can be used to bake superb biscuits, shortcake, pancakes, and even pie crust (recipe is on the package). Each case consists of four, twenty four ounce bags.

Recipes
Gluten Free Wheat Free Biscuit & Baking Mix
Ingredients: 2-1/2 cups GF Biscuit Mix 1/2 cup Shortening 2/3 - 1 cup Water or Milk Directions: Place biscuit mix in a medium bowl. Using a pastry blender or your fingers, cut or rub in shortening until the mixture resembles a course meal. Some pieces of shortening will be larger than others. Add the liquid and stir until evenly moistened. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured board and knead briefly. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut out biscuits. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Makes 10 biscuits.
