Do-Cel Conditioner will make your dough stronger and your breads and pastries lighter and fluffier. Use this conditioner also to prevent staling and to keep your breads and pastries fresher longer. Use this industrial item for use with all yeast raised dough. Each case consists of twenty five pounds.

Ing: Dextrose, enriched wheat flour bleached (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), guar gum,soy flour, soy lecithin, dry whey, yeast, salt, calcium sulfate and ammonium chloride (yease nutrients), corn starch, sorbitan monostearate, azodicarbonamide (dough conditioner).

For every 1 lb. of flour, use 1 1/2 tbsp. of conditioner and 2 tbsp. of water.
