Dutch Chocolate Ice Cream Mix is a rich and creamy mix that makes a smooth treat that is even better than the traditional chocolate flavor! The mix is a blend of carefully selected Dutch processed cocoa, which will give your ice cream an extra chocolaty taste. Each recipe produces four quarts of ice cream containing no artificial colorings, gums or preservatives. Each case consists of ten pounds.

Dutch Chocolate Ice Cream

Makes 4 Qt Premium Ice Cream 1 lb. (2 1/2 cups) Ice Cream Mix 1 1/2 quarts Whole Milk 1 pint Heavy Cream _________or_________ Makes 4 Qt Deluxe Ice Milk 1 lb. Ice Cream Mix 2 quarts Whole Milk

_________________________________ 1.Whisk the milk & Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Mix together well. Let set for 2-3 minutes and stir again to thoroughly dissolve the mix.
2. Add the cream and stir gently to blend.
Pour into the ice cream freezer can; install the paddle; place the can into the freezer bucket and secure the motor or crank unit.
3. Fill the bucket 1/2 full of ice; add 3/4 cup rock salt. Start the machine now.
4. Fill the bucket with ice and add 3/4 cup more rock salt. Crank for 20-30 minutes or until firm. Remove the paddle; return the cover and pack with ice till ready to serve.
