Thai Jasmine Rice
1 cup Jasmine Rice 2 cups water 2 tbsp oil or butter salt & pepper to taste In a covered saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Add oil & seasoning to rice. Add rice to saucepan, stir only once, return to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer 15 min. Keep covered, remove from heat & steam 5 min. Fluff with fork and serve.
