Spicy Quinoa Pilaf

2-3/4 cups water 1 - 9 ounce package Spicy Quinoa Pilaf 2 tablespoons butter (optional) Bring the water to a boil in a heavy sauce pan (add the butter if desired). Add the Spicy Quinoa Pilaf mix to the water, stir once, reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow it to steam, covered for 5-10 minutes.
Fluff with a fork and serve.
