Recipes
Lemon Gelatin Dessert
Directions: For 4 servings (1/2 cup each) Gelatin Mix 6 tablespoons Hot water (140 to 160 Degrees F) 1 cup (8ozs) Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add 1 cup cold water.
Pour into shallow pan or individual molds.
Chill until firm.
For 38 servings (1/2 cup each) Weigh 24 ozs. from package (3-1/2 cups).
Mix with 1/2 gallon hot water (140 to 160 degrees F) until dissolved. Then add 1/2 gallon cold water, blend.
Dispense as above.
For 540 servings (1/2 cup each) Use entire package (25lbs.). Mix with 8-1/2 gallons hot water (140 - 160 degrees F) until dissolved. Then add 8-1/3 gallons cold water.
Dispense as above.
To add other ingredients (fruit or vegetables) fold into slightly thicken gelatin (fresh or frozen pineapple must be cooked before adding). Chill until set.
