Old Fashioned Vegetable and Beef Soup (NO MSG) has a rich beefy broth with bits of real beef made by slow cooking soup bones for hours. Combine a medley of garden vegetables, rice and pasta and you have a good idea of what our Old-Fashioned Vegetable Beef soup is like. Try adding ground or diced cooked beef for an extra meaty meal. Use this mix to create a Minestrone soup by adding chunks of fresh tomato, Zucchini and little Italian seasoning. Eachcase consists of fifteen pounds.

Old Fashioned Vegetable Beef Soup

1/2 cup (level) O.F. Veg. Beef Soup mix 2 1/2 cups water In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add soup mix to BOILING water and boil for 15-20 min.
(low boil), then remove from heat. Cover for 5-8 minutes to allow vegetables to fully hydrate. Serve.
Option: Browned ground beef or additional diced roast beef may be added to make a stew.
