This soup is made with real milk and cream rather than non-dairy substitutes and contains no added artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. Add some diced ham, bacon, or fresh broccoli florets and your favorite shredded cheese to the mix for a great one kettle meal. Each case consists of fifteen pounds.

Cream of Broccoli Soup

1/2 heaping cup Cream of Broccoli Soup Mix 2 1/2 cups water or milk Mix milk or water with soup mix in saucepan.
Using a wire whisk stir well while bringing mixture to a boil. (Do not let it scorch on the bottom of pan.) Once boiling,reduce heat.
Simmer 3-5 min. Remove from heat, cover 5 min to allow vegetables to fully hydrate. Serve.


Options: Fresh broccoli florets can be placed in the liquid in the beginning of the process. Diced chicken or turkey may be added if desired.
