Chunky potato soup is a delicious and nutritious alternative to common potato soups. This mix features a variety of garden vegetables in a base made with real whole milk, sweet cream buttermilk and potatoes. This potato soup has neither meat nor meat broth added which makes it perfect for those on a meatless diet. Try adding browned, ground beef or drained canned tuna to make a one-pot meal. Each case consists of fifteen pounds.

Chunky Potato Soup

3/4 heaping cup Chunky Potato Soup mix 2 1/2 cups water or milk Combine liquid & mix well with wire whisk.
Bring to boil while stirring constantly (to avoid scorching). When soup begins to boil, reduce heat to simmer for 10 min. Remove from heat, cover and let steam 5-10 minutes before serving. Makes approx. 2 1/2 cups.
Options: Add diced ham or crumbled bacon.
