This Hi Mountain Cajun blend will turn your homemade jerky into a traditional treat from the South. Each cure kit seasons up to 15 pounds of whole meat, or 11 pounds of ground meat. The cajun cure kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions. Each case consists of 12/7.2 ounce boxes.
