This Hi Mountain cure and seasoning mix contains a delicate blend of cracked pepper combined with zest valley garlic for a robust jerky flavor. Each jerky kit seasons up to 15 pounds of whole meat, or 11 pounds of ground meat. The cracked pepper/garlic kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions. Each case consists of 12/7.2 ounce boxes.
