This Hi Mountain Jerky cure is a one of a kind cure and seasoning mix that contains the perfect blend of Chipotle, Habanero and Jalapenos mixed with black, red and cayenne pepper. Each package seasons up to 15 pounds of whole meat, or 11 pounds of ground meat. The jerky kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions. Each case consists of 12/7.2 ounce boxes.

Inferno Blend Seasoning: Salt, spices (include cayenne, chipotle, jalapeno and habanero peppers and black pepper), sugar, natural flavors and natural smoke flavor . Less than 2% silicon dioxide and propylene glycol added for processing.
