A flavorful blend of garlic, herbs and spices is what lends the distinctive mild Kielbasa flavor to this Polish Kielbasi seasoning. This sausage seasoning can also be used to create sausage blends from around the world! Add fresh crushed garlic and liquid smoke flavor for a stronger version of Polish sausage. Use an extra fine ground meat for Ukrainian style sausage. Try using course ground meat with added fresh crushed garlic and hot pepper for a Russian style sausage. Each case consists of ten pounds.
