Paramount Crystals 5lb
These crystals are used to aid in the melting of carob, chocolate and yogurt coatings. Paramount crystals help make the coatings smooth and easier to pour into molds and also help to thin out coatings for ease in dipping and coating. Add 1/4 cup of crystals per each pound of coating. Melt your chocolate and add a little at a time, stirring between each addition until the desired consistency is reached.
Paramount Crystals (hydrogenated palm kernel oil, soy lecithin). Contains Soy. Processed on equipment that also processes: Crustacean Shellfish, Egg, Fish, Milk, Peanut, Soy, Tree Nuts (Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew, Coconut, Filbert (Hazelnut), Macadamia Nut, Pecan, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Walnut) and Wheat.
