Fruit and Veggie Fresh is designed to slow down or stop the browning process that occurs naturally, especially in fresh fruit or produce prepared for canning. Use to make a brine to dip fresh cut fruit including peaches, bananas or apples to keep their colors appealing for fruit trays and desserts. It can also be added to fruit salad and coleslaw to naturally preserve color. It can also be added to the syrup of canned fruits to keep them looking fresh while adding a dose of Vitamin C.
Dextrose, Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C), Citric Acid, Silicon Dioxide. Processed on equipment that also processes: Crustacean Shellfish, Egg, Fish, Milk, Peanut, Soy, Tree Nuts (Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew, Coconut, Filbert (Hazelnut), Macadamia Nut, Pecan, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Walnut) and Wheat.
