Hi Mountain Jerky Cure and Seasoning is an authentic Wyoming recipe that will help you make a perfect batch of moist and tender jerky. Each package seasons up to fifteen pounds of whole meat or eleven pounds of ground meat and includes one package of seasoning, one package of cure, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Each Box Contains a 4.2oz packet of Hi Mountain Cure with Ing: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrate (.85%), caramel color; and a 3.0oz Original Blend seasoning packet with Ing: salt, spice, garlic powder, and spice extractive, soy sauce powder (soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt), maltodextrin, salt) and less than 2% propylene glycol added to prevent caking. ** Contains: Soy and Wheat ** Nitrites are used in curing meats.**
