"recipe": "Directions:<br />5 lbs Oatmeal Cookie Mix<br />1 1/2 cups Cold Water<br /><br />1. Place mix in proper size mixing bowl. Add water and mix 1 minute on low with a paddle.<br />(For softer dough add more water a little at a time).<br />2. Drop dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet with a #40 ice cream scoop<br />or tablespoon for a 3 inch cookie.<br />3. Bake at 375⁰F for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from sheet while still warm and cool on rack.<br />In a convection oven, reduce temperature 50⁰F<br />May also require less baking time ( 2 to 7 minutes average)<br />Yield: 5lbs.
