Ingredients
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cups Fiesta Tortilla Soup Starter Mix (SKU 428075)
  • 15 oz can yellow corn
  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 2 oz of canned green chilies
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Shredded cheese and tortilla chips for topping
Instructions
  1. Bring water to a boil and add the Fiesta Tortilla Soup Starter Mix. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add corn, shredded chicken, and green chilies. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Mix in fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro.
  4. Serve hot and top bowls with shredded cheese and tortilla chips.
