Description

Diced Dates are a great natural sweetener or filler to your product innovation or menu’s dish. They are made from dates that are first washed with water, hydrated or heated with controlled heat to reach the proper processing moisture content, then mechanically pitted (macerated), diced to a relatively uniform size, lightly coated to keep the product separated and free- flowing, dried to a specific moisture content, and sized using a mechanical sifting machine.
