This soup is accented with sea salt and a touch of butter, wine and lemon to make a mild, creamy soup that tastes great. Try adding some fresh broccoli florets for a thicker, chunkier soup. This soup is a low sodium soup therefore salt may need to be added with any additional ingredients.
