"recipe": "1 1/2 cups water \r<br />2 tbsp. butter \r<br />1 1/2 cups milk \r<br />2 cups potato flakes \r<br />1/2 tsp. salt \r<br />\r<br />Combine water, milk, salt and butter. Bring \r<br />to a boil. Remove from heat, add potato \r<br />flakes, stir and let stand 30 sec. to 1 min. \r<br />until moisture is absorbed.
