Enjoy this recipe for Loaded Crab Fries - crispy French fries topped with succulent crab and garlic aioli. Perfect for entertaining friends and family. So easy to prepare and taste like they were made at a seaside restaurant!

Ingredients
  • CRAB FRIES:
  • 8-10oz prepared crab meat (snow crab, back fin crab or artificial crab)
  • 20-28oz Beer Batter French fries, homemade or frozen and cooked according to directions
  • 1 Tbsp Chesapeake Bay seasoning (SKU 109104)
  • 2oz feta, crumbled
  • 2-4 spring onions, diced
  • 1 jalapeno or pepper of choice, diced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup crispy bacon, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, to garnish
  • GARLIC AIOLI:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp of garlic paste
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Juice from ½ lemon
Instructions
  1. FOR THE GARLIC AIOLI:
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic paste, salt, and lemon juice until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. TO ASSEMBLE THE LOADED CRAB FRIES:
  4. Make the French fries, either the homemade method recipe or according to the directions for store bought frozen French fries of your choice.
  5. After fries are cooked, toss with Chesapeake Bay seasoning to taste.
  6. Top the crispy French fries with the crab meat, feta, spring onions, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, and bacon. Drizzle with the garlic aioli. Garnish with lemon wedges if desired and serve!
