Kunzler quality bacon begins with strict adherence to using only the freshest pork bellies, center cut and hand trimmed for consistency. These bellies are cured in a proprietary, award-winning curing and flavoring process and then naturally hardwood smoked for more than 8 hours in smoke houses using a signature blend of specially selected hardwood smoking chips.
