Then add 2 tbsp. melted and cooled butter. The batter should be thin.<br />Preheat a skillet over medium high heat and lightly coat with butter, being careful not to scorch butter. Pour the batter onto the skillet, using approximately ¼ cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion until the batter form and 8-inch circle. Batter should just coat bottom of the skillet.<br />Cook approximately 1 minute on each side or until lightly brown.
