Taco Supper

Taco Supper brings all the bold, zesty flavor of your favorite tacos in a hearty, easy-to-make meal. This delicious blend of spiral pasta, beans, vegetables, and savory spices comes together in just one skillet for less cleanup and more time around the table. Simply add your choice of fresh ground meat to create a quick, filling dinner that is perfect for busy weeknights and sure to be a family favorite.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground beef, pork or turkey
- 4 cups water
- 3 cups Taco Supper mix
- 1 cup jarred salsa
- 1-15 oz. can black beans, drained
- 1-15.25 oz. can whole yellow corn, drained
- 1 cup blended shredded cheese
- optional toppings - sour cream, salsa, chopped cilantro, sliced avocado, black olives, etc.
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain away the excess fat.
- Return the meat to the skillet and the skillet to medium heat. Add the water, Taco Supper Mix, salsa, black beans, and corn. Stir to combine. Bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, or until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is tender, sprinkle with the cheese and replace the lid. Turn the heat off and allow the pasta to rest for about five minutes for the cheese to melt. If desired, top with chopped cilantro, sour cream, salsa, avocado, etc.
